The Chief Information Officer’s Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that provides mission-critical Information Technology (IT) services and solutions. These solutions and services include, but are not limited to, general IT services and health and biomedical-related IT services to meet scientific, health, administrative, operational, managerial, and information management requirements. Sponsored by the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the contract ordering period is from June 1, 2012 to May 31, 2022. Any federal civilian or Department of Defense (DoD) agency is eligible.
